Happy Mother’s Day
In Australia it’s Mother’s Day this weekend.
I’m ambivalent. Do I like an excuse to be sentimental? Always. Am I happily anticipating the artwork and treasures Bean will make for me once she’s old enough? Undoubtedly. Do I expect a lovely breakfast and a present from my husband on Sunday? Hell yeah.
